The Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association is a trade association serving more than 6,000 Realtors® and over 7,000 CMLS member participants in a seven-county area for more than 83 years. Our members participate in over 45,000 real estate transactions every year.CRRA members receive reduced rates on continuing education classes and a variety of other professional development opportunities.
The Carolina Multiple Listing Services Inc. (CMLS) is a subsidiary corporation of CRRA and has members in over seven counties surrounding Mecklenburg County. CMLS is the oldest and most extensive database of real estate information in North and South Carolina.
As the largest local association in North and South Carolina, CRRA publishes the Realtor® Reflections magazine, a weekly news bulletin, and has an established Web presence in www.CarolinaHome.com.
The CRRA is an active participant in the Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (REBIC). REBIC is the CRRA`s government affairs arm and has a full-time staff of dedicated real estate professionals protecting our industry.

The Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CRCBR) is a professional organization dedicated to promoting high professional standards and services for its members and the commercial real estate industry. CRCBR is organized to help commercial real estate professionals develop to their fullest potential and foster recognition and respect of your profession. Their mission is to be "the voice to maximize regional economic opportunities through the delivery of technical services, educational and professional enrichment, and targeted marketing to benefit the regional commercial real estate industry."
The Charlotte Chapter of NAIOP is composed of over 100 members that are active in the commercial real estate development community - developers, owners, lenders, architects, and general contractors. NAIOP is a national association with 9,000+ members and an extensive network of 46 chapters that represent the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout North America. NAIOP provides communication, networking and business opportunities for all real estate related professionals; provides a forum for continuing education; and promotes effective public policy, through its grassroots network, to create, protect and enhance property values.
