The Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association is a trade association serving more than 6,000 Realtors® and over 7,000 CMLS member participants in a seven-county area for more than 83 years. Our members participate in over 45,000 real estate transactions every year.CRRA members receive reduced rates on continuing education classes and a variety of other professional development opportunities. The Carolina Multiple Listing Services Inc. (CMLS) is a subsidiary corporation of CRRA and has members in over seven counties surrounding Mecklenburg County. CMLS is the oldest and most extensive database of real estate information in North and South Carolina. As the largest local association in North and South Carolina, CRRA publishes the Realtor® Reflections magazine, a weekly news bulletin, and has an established Web presence in www.CarolinaHome.com. The CRRA is an active participant in the Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (REBIC). Home Builders Association of Charlotte
The Home Builders Association of Charlotte is a dynamic organization comprised of over 1,000 companies representing nearly 40,000 members directly involved in new home construction, land development, new home sales, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and numerous other real estate professionals.They promote the industry by hosting such popular events as HomeArama and the Parade of Homes. Both of these events, open to the public, provide our members the chance to showcase the latest innovations and design trends in new housing. These events also provide our associate members an ideal opportunity to show the newest products and services available to the new home buyer. The HBAC is an active participant in the Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (REBIC). REBIC is the HBAC`s government affairs arm and has a full-time staff of dedicated real estate professionals protecting our industry. Our members also belong to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA).
